I was referred to this company on fb and contacted them last minute for a same day service check. Spoke with Derek who was very nice, helpful and informative after I explained my issue I was having and he advised that he will be able to come to my home within hrs. Derek and his assistant arrived exactly on the time they provided which was a plus from the get go. They were both very professional but still friendly and explained in detail while they worked what they were doing and what needed to be fixed or replaced. They also was very kind and understanding towards my kids running up and down making lots of noise lol They got the job done and the pricing was very reasonable compared to these big retail companies.
