“This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I got microblading and the shape was terrible as well as the ink. I asked for corrections and she basically told me that I would have to wait it out and deal with it because there is nothing she can do. I HATE my eyebrows and now it is going to cost me triple the price for the removal which she says she is not responsible for. This was TRAUMATIZING!“

“Was looking for a new hair salon, so I decided to try Aila Salon in Paramus. I called to see if they had an opening for the same day, and they were so accommodating. I asked for a root touch up as I have a ton of grey and a good amount of blue from my last box color. I also wanted my hair cut 2 inches shorter into a blunt bob. I arrived and was immediately greeted by Aila who spent a lot of time with me going over what I wanted and did not want. No other staff or clients means I can freely discuss any concerns. Rori is there with very professional and detailed answers. And, when its time for my services she provides the ambiance and serenity i need to relax to let the outside world slip away.
