Brian far exceeded expectations- he was extremely professional, patient, and thorough in explaining exactly what he was looking for, pointing out positive features in addition to areas of concern, and answered all of our questions. Brian provided a detailed report the next day and went though it with us so there was absolutely no waiting time to find out what we needed to know- critical in today's market. Highly recommended!
