I am completely amazed and incredibly impressed! My husband and I recently used Brian for a home inspection. He came highly recommended by our real estate agent and now I understand why. Brian arrived earlier than our scheduled time and performed our oil tank survey and exterior inspection before we even arrived. His attention to detail, overall knowledge and professionalism was impressive. He walked us through the property explaining everything to us and answering all our questions. Brian far exceeded expectations- he was extremely professional, patient, and thorough in explaining exactly what he was looking for, pointing out positive features in addition to areas of concern, and answered all of our questions. Brian provided a detailed report the next day and went though it with us so there was absolutely no waiting time to find out what we needed to know- critical in today's market. Highly recommended!
