Connor and Alex took one of the hardest times in our lives and with great compassion, thoughtfulness, care, and support made a heartbreaking reality of a lost family member into a beautiful memory to treasure forever. Wonderful, family-owned business that gives their personal touch to your family’s service. Everything is made simple and beautiful (and your personal touch is encouraged), so if you’ve never planned a funeral before, they make it easy to navigate the process. Vanderbilt Platts, themselves, are on premises and involved in your day of bereavement. I cannot say how much they go above and beyond for families, from the very beginning, to weeks after (to make sure you’re ok). I highly recommend them.
