Have been going here for years and had a great relationship with my former Gynocologist before she left the practice and then I was placed with
Dr. Katherine O’Brien, who is very good, professional and has taken care of my needs over the years. In all fairness I was already perimenopausal so we didn’t really form a relationship. At that stage your appointments are basically, in, blood pressure, height & weight with the nurse, a few questions, examined and out. They always sent reminder cards in the mail every year for your appointment. This year was my first as the Medicare every other year appointment, that begins at age 70, I believe. This review is for overall communication for this office. The ultrasound technician told me she found something and that my doctor would call me the next day to discuss it...6 days later I had to call the office. On the patient portal it says that someone will answer my inquiry within 2 business days and that has never been the case. I expressed serious concern over an ultrasound result and still haven't heard back.
