Called at 2:00 PM yesterday Jun,10, 2025 and Rob was there at 5:00 PM. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was friendly, thorough, and honest (rare to see these days…). He found the problem quickly and created an action plan.

We had a great experience with UltraPro Pest Protection! They are family owned and operated, which we also really appreciate and admire. We had a hornets nest attached to our home and UltraPro was able to remove it with ease. We also purchased a yearly pest control service with them and they were able to service our home at the same time they removed the nest. Roy, the technician who serviced our home, was really helpful and explained step by step what he was doing. Highly recommend reaching out to Ultrapro for all your pest-ky needs !

I am frustrated by never being informed of the date of service ahead of time & therefore missing out on the indoor service if I am not home when they come. Trying to get them to text/email me a notice, which would give me the opportunity to change the appt if I will not be home. But their service is very good & they are responsive. So when they start communicating with me to set up our quarterly appts, I hope to change the review to 5 Star.
