I had my wedding hair & make up done by Saima! After seeing reviews I decided to test her out a month prior to the wedding and she exceeded expectations. When it came to the morning of my wedding, Saima took her time, stopped and asked if I was ok , making sure my hair style was exactly what I wanted. She guided me as to where the veil would sit on! She even helped me pick out a lip color and liner combo which is now a staple in my makeup Bag!!!Wish I had more pictures to show the details
My first visit years ago wasn’t memorable, but my visit less than a month ago was wonderful, which is why this experience was so disappointing.
I stood where I reasonably believed the line began. Janette simply told me, “The line isn’t there.” When I asked where the line was, she didn’t direct me or offer any guidance. A moment later, other customers lined up elsewhere, and she helped them before me, even though I had already been waiting.
It wasn’t about waiting a few extra minutes, it was about the lack of communication and courtesy. A simple, “The line starts over here, and since you’ve already been waiting, I’ll take you next,” would have made all the difference.
If I were rating only this experience, it would be one star. If I were rating my last visit, it would be five stars. That’s why I’m leaving three stars and hoping this was an isolated experience. I’ll give this location one more chance, but if I’m treated this way again, I won’t be returning.
I recently visited the Ulta Beauty store in Paramus and felt compelled to leave a review because exceptional customer service deserves to be recognized from Ashlee only.
Ashlee was, without a doubt, one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and professional employees I have ever encountered in any retail store. From the moment she assisted me, she was attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Her product knowledge was impressive, and she took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. In a world where great customer service seems harder and harder to find, Ashlee truly stood out.
