Drs. Burke & Lynch are top notch ophthalmologists with vast knowledge and experience. They are thorough and professional. They are both very caring. You are in excellent hands with them.
Scheduling cataract procedures was a nightmare at this facility. The doctor was lovely but the office seems not to know what they are doing. I almost had to beg for the scheduler to call me, and it took a month of my calling to actually get a call to schedule. Then, after a two week period of time, one of the two eye appointment was canceled. I ended up switching to another doctor/facility where I was able to schedule quickly and easily.
First of all let me say that Dr. Carabin is wonderful. If not for him I would not be returning.I walk in and they tell me they have no insurance information although I was there last year. Apparently my birthdate was incorrect and demographics were from 5 years ago.As a healthcare practitioner this makes me concerned. The girl at the desk made the correct changes.I never have to wait to be seen in the past but today after 30 minutes I spoke up.Is there a manager on site? There was only myself and another patient in the office.
