I had a great experience with Porcelanosa for kitchen and bathroom design. Being a general contractor and working with their designs, I was able to get answers to my questions when I needed them.
Catalina Olmos is an amazing kitchen designer and she paid attention to every detail in her plans, which made my job easier. She was always available to take my phone call when I needed an immediate answer to a question. The kitchen could be in a magazine.
Brian Krivack did an incredible job designing the bathrooms and was available to answer all my questions as the renovation progressed. The tile layout is gorgeous.
The place is accessible, it’s also nice and clean. Staff are friendly. Michael Chambers is very helpful, he helped me to replace the sink that broke, responded to my email in a timely matter. Sharon Tan helped me with picking back splash color and design. Took her time to show me different choices. Overall, I’m satisfied. I’m actually an old client for the last 4 yrs. Got all my supplies for my 3 bathrooms from Porcenalosa. And it’s always been a pleasure dealing with all the staff, always a breeze taking care of issues, small or big. The kind of business that will last for a long long time.

I love, love, love Porcelanosa and I am their dedicated customer. I bought their tile about 12 years ago when remodeling my 1st bathroom and it still looks like brand-new and nobody believes me that it's all 12yo. The quality and beauty of their tile is exceptional. Recently, I spent at least 2 days in my car driving through all the possible tile stores in NJ only to STILL return back to Porcelanosa and I bought new tile for my 2nd bathroom. I absolutely trust the quality of their tile, it's elegant, durable, and I made a special order to get special tile from Europe. All associates are super nice there.
