My new Blue Star refrigerator was beeping intermittently, driving us crazy, not showing any error message. Johann, the tech from Pete's, came and said, "usually, it's the sensor in the refrigerator." But this is a high tech refrigerator, so we downloaded a diagnostic file to a thumb drive and sent it to the manufacturer, and they said to replace the sensor in the freezer. Johann came back and did that: the beeping continued. Multiple diagnostic files and new parts later, Johann came back and replaced the sensor in the refrigerator. I cannot rave enough about Pete's Major Appliance. They are professional and, knowledgeable. Mike is one of their service men who has come to our home on more than one occasion. He was able to diagnose the issue and correct the problem upon each visit for various units in my home.
Hard workers like these are hard to come by, and we are very happy for the customer service that he and his company have provided us.
Friendly, punctual, and reliable service with good communication. We required multiple visits because of mistakes by the manufacturer, but Mike, the technician, was always on time and efficient. They took the initiative to obtain parts from another supplier when the manufacturer was unable to provide them in a timely manner. Thanks to Mike and the team.
