I stopped into the store today to get some preliminary information and had the pleasure to be assisted by Annette. Knowledgeable, patient, kind, and informative. Definitely left a great first impression on me.
I recently went to Pella store in Paramus, upon arrival the Annette greeted me, listened to all my needs, she took her time with me and was very knowledgeable. I didn't need to go anywhere else. Highly recommended Annette and this store.
We decided to go with Pella because of tested durability and exceptional quality from our past experience with this company. Our window replacement project went very smoothly from the initial consult thru completion thanks to our rep Mr. Mohit Das. He gave us a reasonable price, was knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to service our needs. He was thorough to explain the process clearly and was with us every step of the way. I credit him for our project being absolutely stress and worry free. Installation team showed up on time and finished our entire second floor windows in one morning.
