WOW!!! I bought an electric shaver earlier this morning. Unfortunately.. my father had issues with getting everything off before the wedding tomorrow. I called and the shop manager was eager to help! Despite me being aware of the no return policy once an electric razor is used. I was widely impressed how the manager was able to swap the blades and show me how my father how to properly shave. He was happy to assist me with new blades and I walked out feeling respected and valued. I would give this business my time any day as you don't just feel like another simple checkout experience. My father is 78 years old and was wildly impressed with the etiquette and respect the shop gave him.
I have tried almost a dozen barbers in Bergen county over the last year and the best by far for me is Ozzie’s. I have worked with both Willie and Ozzie and they are both skilled craftsmen. I am particularly fussy about beard trimming and these folks know what they are doing. It’s worth the trip to the mall and worth the premium.
