Mitello makes being a 1st time home buyer rather easy. He is very personable, easy to reach, as well as easy to talk to and very patient, even when asked the same 100 questions, 101 times. Any issues, he listens, addresses and rectifies. He also guarantees fast closing, which is an added PLUSSSSSS!
