It was a pleasure having Jaguar Paramus service my car. Every aspect of this service was wonderful! From the first call to set up service with Nicole I felt so well taken care of. On the day I was to come in I had a problem getting to the dealership on the time slot assigned. Samanda talked me through the key fob problem and assured me my loaner car would be there when I arrived. Actually got to service on time ! I was greeted every step of the way once I arrived with smiles and professionalism. I was assigned to Sumit . Sumit was so pleasant and professional as I explained the issues with my car. Phil is very responsive to all of my questions and concerns and is very knowledgeable. My car was serviced conveniently to accommodate my schedule. Overall the staff is very friendly and courteous. The service video was very detailed and issued in a very timely manner. I have been using the Paramus location for many years, and hope to continue doing so. I highly recommend them.
Incredible customer service. My service manager, Sumit actually called me back precisely when he said he would. This was worth every penny. My F Pace had alarms having to do with the exhaust system. Luckily it only needed minor adjustments but every step of the way Sumit kept me fully informed & completely explained what was discovered. The art of customer service is to not lost at Jaguar Land Rover in Paramus from the lady who answered my initial call to the man at the front desk to the salesman who saw I didn’t know how to get to the service department (my 1sr trip here) to the service manager I saw first who took me to Sumit, every step of the way I experienced... read full review
