This is ABSOLUTELY the BEST Jaguar service in the area.Convience: from the moment you drive in, you’re greeted with your last name “Mr .X”. You step out of your vehicle into a well lit, clean area, protected from the elements. The wait time was very short. On several occasions they offered coffee, tea and a light snack.Everyone was well dressed, clean and most of all, respectful.Maintenance: They addressed every one of my concerns while attempting to save me money. The work done was timely and performed well. I have used Servet Acar on 3 separate occasions and he delivers EVERYTIME. When you get a land rover or Jaguar you expect the whole process to be top of the line and the whole team over there operates as such. I once had an issue with the financing company and Servet and his team jumped in and took care of it. When I had an issue with a part for the car they gave me a loaner and fixed the issue at no cost. I highly recommend Servet and the rest of his team.

Jaguar in Paramus is our go-to dealership! Phil in service is absolutely amazing. They always take the time to explain what the issue is and how they plan on fixing it. They work with our schedules so flawlessly we have no hesitations going to them for help, even if sometimes it’s a last minute issue they are able to fit us in. The mechanics are also wonderful and do a fantastic job doing any and all repairs. Also, love getting the car back after service with a beautiful wash and finish. They already (unknowingly) helped us pick out our next car!
