Bella is a great beautician. Perfect highlights + everyone admired my cut and color. The glazing she did made my hair feel like silk. I wanted to add that in the picture below she didn't do a cut for me that day because I didn't have time that day. She did the highlights and color but 2 days ago I went in and had my hair done again as I do every 5 weeks and she did the most beautiful haircut (and color) and got all the split ends off.
