I decided to write this review after living in our newly remodeled home for over six months. I rely heavily on online reviews when choosing companies, and I know there are others like me, so I hope this helps.
After speaking with several builders, I found that GTFM stood out from the rest. From the beginning, Steve, Rick and his team treated my home like it was their own. I didn’t just feel like a client, they made it feel personal. The GTFM team communicated with care, honesty, and a true sense of commitment.

You always hear horror stories about contractors or people doing work on your house, etc. but working with GTFM was quite literally the opposite from the moment we met them. We had them put an addition on our side yard, consisting of a new bedroom and a large family room and the process was seamless. every cost was itemized, no payments until the project started and their communication and response time for any questions or concern was timely. The entire project was complete ahead of schedule and we were never waiting on them to get things finished.
