I came in to fix my Dyson AirStraightener, bought last year as a refurbished model (never again!), only to find out the warranty had expired and the repair would cost a fortune. Then comes Daniel, smart, super knowledgeable and so genuine, and somehow I walk out with a brand-new Dyson at a lower price than in stores. I honestly felt like I was taking a college class on customer service!

I had an excellent experience at the Dyson Service Center in Paramus, NJ. Daniel was extremely helpful in fixing my Outsize vacuum cleaner. He quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the necessary parts under warranty, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It was great to have everything handled so efficiently.
