I cannot say enough great things about DDA. My daughter will be entering her 3rd season with DDA in the fall and absolutely loves to dance here. Whether your looking for ballet, tap, hip hop, etc., DDA has it all. My daughter loves DDA so much, she continues to dance here throughout the summer. The teachers are professional and truly care about the students. The classes are fun while simultaneously encouraging the students to develop new skills and challenge themselves to their full potential. The end of the year recital is phenomenal, and you can tell both the students and teachers really put their whole hearts into it. Additionally, the staff is extremely responsive to emails and everything that you need to know (from ordering tights to purchasing recital tickets) is communicated clearly and well in advance. Parents can also watch the classes via zoom. If you're looking for a terrific dance studio, this is the place!
DDA is the premiere Bergen County youth dance studio. My daughters, ages 3.5 and 5.5, are beginning their third year here. Whether your child is interested in true skill development or pure, pressure-free enjoyment, there is a wide variety of class offerings. It is a welcoming environment for both recreational and competitive dancers. We are so pleased with the professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness of the staff, from the instructors, to the front desk, to the director, Deana, who is always present and accessible—and just a truly lovely person! The end of year recital is both beautiful and orderly. Communication throughout the year is regular and clear. This is a SAFE, well-run studio that I can’t recommend highly enough.
