My husband and I live in AZ. I called and spoke to Carmen and asked if it was possible to get pictures of my mother n laws headstone for my husband since traveling isnt as easy if we lived close. I also would like to make sure the care of her resting place was well kept if not i want to do that for her and our family. Plus, I know my husband misses his Mom. Carmen was so kind and went over and beyond for me. And my husband was so grateful he loved to be able to see it. Thank you Carmen and staff.
I stopped paying the maintenance because it seemed useless. I can do a better job myself. In addition, I have an issue with their hours. Closing at 4 pm no matter the season is so limiting, there should be extended hours in spring and summer. It’s insensitive.
There is a huge problem with spotted lantern flies. So much so we could barely attend the service. They were crawling all over the mourners. This issue has to be addressed by the venue.
