The Doctor and staff were so caring. I visited after my 13 year old cat suddenly declined. The Doctor was very thorough and explained things clearly. They don’t do ultrasounds however the doctor was kind enough to call another facility and get me in right away on the same day.
Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. We saw Dr. Murphy yesterday for an emergency with my dog, and she was extremely informative and was so patient answering all of our questions. She spoke to us with the gravity a doctor would use when speaking about a family member, which is really what my dog is. When discussing courses of action, she never pushed us in any direction, and she was upfront with estimated costs. The techs who handled my dog were also very caring and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. Don't hesitate to choose this place if your animal is having an emergency.
My newly adopted dog had gotten into some foods toxic to dogs. We were promptly checked in, and I appreciated being given a comfortable private waiting room. The attending vet, techs and receptionist were wonderful. and I was given the choice of two possible treatment plans that varied in cost. I would not hesitate to choose them again for any emergency pet needs.
