Our experience at BJ's Optical in Paramus was phenomenal. Desiree truly went above and beyond to assist us with finding the right glasses solution for my son and with resolving a point of confusion on the Rx we brought in (from another doctor). She even volunteered to repair the damaged backup glasses he was wearing at no charge. Her infinite patience and commitment to helping the clientele is outstanding by every measure. Great customer service both at the measuring and pick up times. That's a 5 Got bought the lenses for last times frames, which are in great shape still. But I'm surprised just how very expensive just the lenses are. More that glasses AND lenses. I wish they had some kind of discount.
