America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses offers affordable eyewear, with glasses costing less than half of larger chains. The doctor is professional and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The location may initially appear unassuming, but inside, it is clean and offers a surprising selection of frames. There is a two-week wait for glasses to arrive. Overall, customers have had positive experiences and appreciate the affordability and expertise of the staff.
Some customers have reported mixed experiences. While the staff can be helpful, like Krystal and Stephani Razo, others have found the receptionist to be rude or the doctor to be less attentive, especially when the store is understaffed. Waiting times can be long, and the organization of the fitting process could be improved. However, many customers still find the overall service and value to be positive.
Very happy with the service that we received at America's Best eyeglass store on route 4 West in Paramus New Jersey.
Everyone there is patient and friendly.
They have a wide selection for you to choose from all at very reasonable prices.
Our sales associate Lesley in particular has proven to be very helpful on the three occasions we visited...
I would highly recommend America's Best when shopping for your eyewear.
The service was good but it takes way too long to get glasses. I only decided to try America’s Best because of the price. My usual eye place only take a couple of days to get me my glasses. Something need to be done about that. They also need to make clear of their prices. I asked soon as I came in , the price. I was quoted one thing and ended paying way more.
I had the pleasure of receiving service from Stephanie at America's Best in Paramus, and I cannot commend her enough. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care for my needs made my experience truly exceptional. Stephanie always goes above and beyond to ensure I am satisfied with my visit. Highly recommend her for outstanding customer service!
