America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses offers affordable eyewear, with glasses costing less than half of larger chains. The doctor is professional and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. The location may initially appear unassuming, but inside, it is clean and offers a surprising selection of frames. There is a two-week wait for glasses to arrive. Overall, customers have had positive experiences and appreciate the affordability and expertise of the staff. Some customers have reported mixed experiences. While the staff can be helpful, like Krystal and Stephani Razo, others have found the receptionist to be rude or the doctor to be less attentive, especially when the store is understaffed. Waiting times can be long, and the organization of the fitting process could be improved. However, many customers still find the overall service and value to be positive.
The gentleman (manager I believe)did an excellent job teaching me how to use contacts for the first time! The optometrist let me know my prescription was too strong and made the necessary adjustment. She also let me know I am a candidate for contacts when I was told I wasn’t from a different eye doctor. Amazing experience 10/10!!!!

Her cordial demeanor coupled with her unmatched make her an outstanding representative of the company. Her patience and commitment to answer every question make her a rare personality. She is not only accommodating, but extremely efficient. I was also served by her in a past experience, and she is consistent in her delivery to make a client feel special and satisfied. Kudos to stephani!
The workers are kind, and helpful. This place is definitely recommended by me, I just can't stop mentioning the service, just PHENOMENAL how much kindness they give to me! They helped me with my broken glasses. I dont know what I would do with out this facility!
