The first time I met Dr. Chang she seemed nice, but a few months later when I called her to inquire about an issue, she was a completely different person - very sharp, curt and unfriendly. There are plenty of eye care professionals around who are normal and not Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Maybe it was because she doesn't have an assistant and was in a rush that day, but she shouldn't take it out on her patients.

Dr. Chang was very friendly, informative, knowledgeable, and unpretentious. She took the time to fit me into the next slot (which turned out to be cancelled over the phone) even though I was 20 minutes late for my eye examination appointment and it being during lunchtime. Filling out the form with my information was quite simple and easy. She didn't try to upsell anything, wasn't pushy, and offered her unadulterated advice to the questions I had. I've been going to Dr Chang for at least 5 years now. She is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to make you feel important. There is a wide selection of glasses to choose from. I've never had a problem making an appointment and always look forward to chatting with her. Highly recommend.
