What stood out to me was how flexible and professional the team was throughout the process. I was not offended at all. In fact, I was impressed by how smoothly they worked together to make sure I was taken care of.

Abe really exceeded my expectations. I am used to haircuts taking closer to an hour, so I was surprised that he completed my cut in about 25 minutes while still being extremely precise. Nothing felt rushed. He was focused, attentive, and clearly paid close attention to the details.

Every line, blend, and finishing touch came out clean. It was clear that Abe takes pride in his work and knows exactly what he is doing. I also received a hot towel shave and face mask, and both were excellent quality. He’s also respectful in conversation with me. The shave was smooth and relaxing, and the face mask added a great finishing touch to the overall experience.
