I recently hired SmartWater Pools, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, their service was superior. Johnny, the manager was very responsive and was able to schedule Travis to visit my pool. Travis was extremely courteous and willing to answer any questions that I had!

First time pool owner (Hot tubs in the past) and this company is amazing. First of all, Travis knows pools inside and out so when we opened our "new" (actually old) pool at our new house he was able to start us up right away. Other companies we interviewed said we would have to replace the filter/heater/etc. right away. It's been about 2 months now and any time we have questions or need help this company comes through. Travis and the technician Anthony are great. They have fixed everything in a timely manner and explain exactly what we need and what they do. We have not had to replace the filter or heater!!
