Yesterday my downstairs air-conditioning unit died. It was 81 degrees inside my home. I called Strathmore AC and Rini called me right back. Arrangements were made for afternoon today to check it out. Then this morning Keith called me. His co worker was at my house before 9am. They discovered a dead motor, left a message they would call me. I didn't get a call so called them on my way home from work. Keith told me it was already fixed and when I walked in it was a cool 72 degrees in my house. I have used these folks for 24 years, I highly recommend them for any HVAC services. They are honest, ethical, efficient and kind. They treat you like family. Thanks again Strathmore AC !
We called strathmore air conditioning today at 5:30am left a message. By 8:00 they were there and the air was back it was amazing in these COVID times. My mom is disabled and could not appreciate or recommend them more!!!!! Thank you!!!!
Can't say enough great things about this company and the people!!! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. They did an absolutely amazing job when replacing my furnace, They were all informative with everything and made sure I knew how to work everything before they left. They even brought in a package for me that had been delivered and left outside, just a great bunch of guys, and Rini in the office was a pleasure to deal with everytime!!!
