As a new pool owner...and a senior citizen, I was in desperate need of help with my inground pool. Everyone at Mystic pools was extremely helpful, understanding, professional and super nice.Shaneale, in the office, was the best resource and never made me feel bad about all my d*** questions and technical mistakes. She always knew what to do and who to ask to help me.The pool cleaning guys, especially Vincenzo, were always prompt, thorough, nice and informative.The tech guys always took time to explainthings to me and were great at their jobs.I highly recommend Mystic Pools for all yourpool needs.
