“My family had an excellent experience with a direct cremation here. I live in CA and was trying to do as much as I could remotely before coming back NJ, so there was a lot of googling and weeding through weird internet cremation pages and AI answering services from other funeral homes, then I landed here.

I had called prior to my father’s passing and spoke with Dave, who was very nice and gave me all the information I would need once we were ready to start making decisions. Their transport guys were very respectful and super strong (my dad was a 6’4” giant!). Zack was very communicative during the process, and we were able to pick up my dad’s cremains a few days later.

There were many urn options to choose from, and we picked a main urn, plus a couple ancillary vessels. Zack was super patient as we looked at literally every option there and never tried to upsell us on anything. Zack walked us through everything we needed to know, guided us through all the paperwork, offered us future guidance if we need it, and sent us on our way.

They made the best of a not-so-great time for my family, and I’m so grateful that we chose them.“

After the service, they hand shoveled the soil back into the plot which was appreciated as a few funerals I've been to over the years, they lazily bring in the backhoe which is kind of jarring.
