I have been using Bob Nelson for 14 years and have recommended them as well. From drains to gas pipe, I have been pleased with their service and office staff, you actually get someone. Am buying another home in Wayside and expect to be using them for a few projects. Adam G

After meeting with Bob we felt confident with his experience. However, Bob doesn't do the actual work. We should have done more due diligence as we feel we over paid. The worse part though is trying to get a call back after your heck has cleared.

I had a huge flood in my basement. As a result, I needed a leak detection system. I was able to work with Bob Nelson Plumbing and they helped to coordinate with the insurance company what I needed. They were responsive and right on time. They installed it when they said they would at the price they said they would. In fact, I thought I needed something else and they dissuaded me from putting it in! I was impressed from start to finish. Definitely a company to use again.
