I just started going to Salon 21. Nancy styled my hair and did my highlights and color. She was very knowledgeable, had great ideas and was attentive. I highly recommend Nancy for these reasons but mostly for her great personality! Salon 21 was a cute little salon and Nancy is my favorite hair stylist
