I was skeptical at first. I didn't realize how much I don't know about basic SEO. They made definite progress. I was given the impression at first 3 months might be enough, that was from the intake person. The people who manage your campaigns are more knowledgeable. My issue involves removing something from a "news" outlet which makes it more difficult. Once they explained how everything worked and showed me the daily variance of SEO it made a lot more sense.
