I needed a haircut and a manicure so I Googled ( yes people I also use Google! ;-) places that would fill my needs and came across Kelly's! Wow, was I in for a wonderful surprise!!! I made an appointment for this afternoon ( I recommend an appointment ). I waited about 20 minutes to be seen by April, my hair stylist and told her what I wanted and she listened!!! I really enjoyed chatting with April, who is living her best life now and I ended up with a amazing haircut. Next I had nails with Tory who really takes his craft very seriously and is so precise when he works. I went to Kelly's for a mani/pedi and a Massage. I had the most wonderful afternoon being pampered by Diana and Tory. Diana found every knot and achy muscle and worked them out with the perfect pressure. Tory is a nail guru. My nails were a mess and he took his time and with his great care I left with my nails looking amazing. I highly recommend Kelly's to anyone who wants a salon that goes above and beyond

Moving down to Ocean City permanently And needed to find a new hair salon. I must say I hit the Jackpot with Jeannine. She is fantastic. the staff is so friendly I feel so comfortable. just love this salon.Services: Haircut
