I have used impeccable cleaning for several years. They have been so accommodating in scheduling, leave the place looking fantastic and smelling great. I only had one appliance that I thought could use more TLC - to my delight, they sent a crew back in less than 30 minutes and it looked better than I had ever expected. Wonderful business. Highly recommend.

The Cleaners arrived with wrong key. They called me because they could not get in the apartment. I explained that the same key was used last week, that we had a lockbox and gave them the lockbox code 7111 and said my daughter was on the third floor and could let them in ….. instead, they left. I called and got an answering service 4 times. The 5th time the housekeeper picked up the phone and said they could be back in five minutes. Then the tenants arrived. By that time, my daughter had nearly finished cleaning the apartment. When Impeccable did return, the only thing they had to do was the mirrors and vacuum.
