The person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I wasn’t sure if I called the right place so I asked if this was the accounting office and he kept asking who I am and I tried to explain I needed their service and the old guy who answered kept saying he didn’t know me. I really wanted to have a conversation about making an appointment but this individual sounded very confused as if he typically doesn’t work with customers. If this business doesn’t want to treat the community they serve with respect then they shouldn’t be in business here. I think it might be time to close shop.
