My fiancé and I are first time home buyers. We reached out to Bactronix for mold testing following a home inspection report that identified fungi like substance.Dave was very responsive and professional. We found his pricing to be reasonable too. Our realtor could not believe how quickly he was able to accommodate us and complete testing. We received same day results following the inspection. Coming from someone who hasn’t gone through this process before, Dave’s report was easy to read and understand. He also provided us with a transparent quote in a timely manner.
