Hands down Dell is definitely one of the best barbers in the South Jersey area. I have been coming to DELL for the past 10 years now and I must admit every time he cuts me. I’m still impressed just like my first fresh cut.
It had been two years since I had gotten a haircut and before Brian cut my hair I had never received a haircut I was satisfied with.
