They did not honor the advance check in. I understand. We were there on time, but she took the person before us because. He was there first. Not a huge deal, but then why take the online check in.

I only go to this franchise. Every time I go I never wait longer than a few minutes, we talk about what style would look best with me, I never get the same thing twice and it comes out perfect every time. They're extremely friendly and never a dull moment!

I took my two-year-old son there yesterday for a haircut, and as a two-year-old getting his second haircut he wasn't thrilled and made the process a little difficult. I had to hold him down. However, his haircut came out great. He looks adorable and the stylist that helped us. I don't remember her name, but she wore glasses and had tattoos on her arms. She was great. Super professional, and gave him a good hairstyle. I will be back.
