We recently hired Landis painting for the exterior of our home. I was so impressed with his detailed approach and honesty that I hired him without getting multiple bids. He (Steve) and his crew (Selso and Wilson) replaced rotted wood trim with PVC, painted our cement board siding (2 coats), all our exterior trim, and shutters. They cleaned up and put all the equipment away every day. They were neat and respectful of the property and were very pleasant to deal with. Our 20 year old home looks new again. We really appreciated the effort they put forth and will have them back for any other painting needs. If you want a neat and meticulous job hire Landis painting.

Thanks Steve!

Steve Landis provided us with knowledgeable insight in the correct paint to use for our deck. It's an older cedar deck with many years of paint on it and he made it look beautiful again. He and his guys managed to get it done in one day after a previous visit for a thorough cleaning and assessment.

I have used Steve and his crew a few times (both interior and exterior). I have a Tudor house so the outside is plaster and a lot of wood trim.

They are always very detail-oriented and precise. They are also neat when they are working and leave the house / property clean when they're finished.

Steve does a good job of laying out the timing for the job and keeps his commitments. Wilson and Selso (sorry if I misspelled that) are friendly and very good at what they do.

I will definitely use Landis again.
