“I had such a wonderful experience at the Neau Salon with Haley! She did my blowout and as soon as I sat down in her chair I felt so comfortable! She is so easy to talk to and has such an outgoing personality which is perfect for someone like me who loves to chat! She did a great job on my blowout and I will definitely be making more appointments with her! I also love Kim the owner. She has such a beautiful salon and is super accommodating especially when I make a last minute appointment. It’s so great when a salon has a sweet owner it makes the experience 10x better! I highly recommend the Neau Salon in Oakland!!!”
