Joe was amazing. I’ve been in my house for four years and I have never had a technician take his time the way he did, talked me through everything and was 1,000,000% honest. The other company that I had come in to look at my AC unit told me a completely different scenario basically told me I needed a brand new unit almost $12,000. Thank God I called Joe for a second opinion and gave me a completely different scenario. A scenario that gave me peace and it took one less burden off my back. Thank you, Joe and your company so much.
Cole from Climate Plus is an absolute professional. He is knowledgeable and will explain everything he is doing and why he is doing it....if you are the kinda person that is interested in knowing how your Heating and A/C units are performing. Super polite and friendly. A pleasure to do business with...Will be requesting him to be our tech guy next time our units need servicing. Kudos to Climate Plus for taking on such a knowledgeable professional!!!
