Did a great job..., But the best thing about it is the way She took my FURBBY Toto in her arms and she let Toto kiss her whole face like the love and she held him nicely the connection for animals is there..... T Y. GB

When I called to make my appointment, I explained that I wanted to get my puppy groomed but that I wanted to stay there with him the entire time. The person who booked my appointment told me that wouldn't be a problem. However, when I got there for my appointment the groomer was extremely rude and told me that it was no longer their policy to do that and that if I had to stay then he would not groom my dog.The worst part is that he was really nasty about it, like they recently had a bad experience with doing that.Anyway, I didn't try to argue with him, I left and found Petco in West Orange, and they were more than happy to accommodate me and my pup.
