Extremely difficult and seriously unprofessional. A new plumber had to fix multiple errors made. Tommy went on multiple other jobs before completing mine seriously delaying completion. We learned he is red flagged as "difficult and unprofessional" at a well known kitchen store in Montclair.Services: Water heater installation

Deeply disappointed by the quality of work. I was shocked by his lack of knowledge. Tommy used old and recycled parts, but charged us for new pieces. We found another plumber who's work was significantly better than Tommy.

It's now 2020. In 2014 I worked with Tom to install a gas line for our grill. He originally quoted me $750, and then added another 27%, $200 for adding in a second shut off valve - which was required to clear inspection. Even the inspector said Tom the code is the code, and it shouldn't be an extra charge, but i paid it. About a month later, Tom called me stating he never got my check. I referenced the check number and date written but he stated his elderly father handled his books and must have misplaced it.
