Paul installed our bathroom 4 years ago. The shower pan was not installed correctly. Paul came and caulked the shower but it still leaked. I went through my homeowners insurance to pay for a fix. I asked Paul to pay my $1000 deductible and he said no and I have not heard from him again. The new contractor found black mold everywhere and said Paul never sealed the shower pan.
