I spent thousands of dollars here and I had a product issue. NOT a store nor staff issue. They stood up for me and they stand behind their word and the products they sell. They are knowledgeable and fair. They recommended a good installer and service technician (Franco) which I am 100% satisfied as well. When I told the serviceman that he was recommended by Tucci Pools, I got service that same day at my home. Purchased a pool from them last weekend. The owner did the paperwork for my zoning and other permits. Gave us numbers to a great installer with great prices. I would highly recommend them. They answered all of our questions and made our decision very easy. Took the time to explain our options with us.
