1X Barbershop in Nutley is a top-notch and highly recommended barbershop, considered the greatest in NJ. It offers a great experience with barbers who know what they are doing and are absolutely top notch. The place has good vibes, a fun and welcoming environment, and the best customer service. It is a clean, spacious, and immaculately maintained shop with a fantastic staff. The barbers provide clean fades with great attention to detail. Customers can count on them to get it right and many come here faithfully.
Haven’t been to a barbershop in a long time, but when I went there, my boy Steven got me right. Dude is not only sharp
with the razors, but it has a very great personality. Just simply makes the whole experience of going to a barbershop worth it.
**Chris is phenomenal.** I walked in with a vague idea and walked out with exactly the haircut I wanted — clean lines, great shape, and it actually looks good the next morning too. He’s precise, listens, and takes his time to get the details right without rushing you out of the chair. Friendly vibe, professional setup, and zero awkwardness. If you want a barber who knows what he’s doing and cares about the result, book with Chris. I’ll be back.
I had an amazing experience at this barbershop. First time going here after getting messed up at multiple barbershops, and Chris blessed me with one of the best haircuts I have ever had, if not the best. He really takes his time, pays attention to every detail, and makes sure everything looks perfect. On top of that, he is a great dude to be around. He is super friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. You can tell he truly cares about his work and his clients. I highly recommend this place, and if you go, definitely book with Chris.
