I’ve used Len and his team for multiple projects now and couldn’t recommend them enough. We had a semi-emergency when the balance shoe on one of our windows cracked while cleaning the window. We were referred to Tilt-In. That same day the service manager, Joe, was able to come out and secure the window, and came back for final repair the next day. Incredible quick and precise service when we needed it! Thanks, Joe!!
We had a couple of foggy windows (seal failure = leaking gas between panes) and it was getting worse. Two out of the three windows looked awful. Got a few quotes from different companies. Shocking. They all told us that it would involve removing the siding (which may break in the process!), the entire window would be replaced (which wasn't really the issue, because our house isn't 30+ years old).
