Staff is great here. Always take their time and don't rush your appointment. Wait times are quick. Appointments are available online or by phone and they have plenty of locations to choose from. I have had in person and zoom appointments both of which were professional. The only downfall is the providers move between locations and a few of the PA's that I have seen moved to a different office. Which are out of state. Which stinks in regards to having a report with a provider and them knowing you from prior appointments.

I'm new to the area and was in desperate need of a dermatologist....the harkaway center got me in for a new day appt. everyone was in masks, the practice was super clean and there was no wait time.. the friendly woman at the front desk took me immediately into a procedure room. Gita, a Physician assistant saw me and I couldn't be happier with her professionalism, knowledge and kindness. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, highly recommended!

I went to the Harkaway Center in Northfield to have a consultation for laser hair removal. Upon meeting PA Melody, it was incredibly refreshing to speak with someone familiar with PCOS. She spoke to me about options and ordered blood work to see is laser hair removal would even be beneficial to me. As someone with PCOS, I have spoken to many medical professionals who don't try to help me get to the root of the problem, but Melody truly helped lead me to a much clearer path for myself. Additionally, it was wonderful for me to meet with someone who wants to help me, not just profit off of a treatment! Thank you!!
